Your mission will be to dissect the mechanisms by which detrimental pregnancy conditions can affect immune-microbiome development in the descendant with lasting effects in adulthood regarding chronic inflammatory illnesses.You will be more specifically in charge of: 1.     Establish the preclinical models to study how detrimental pregnancy conditions affect early immuno-microbial cross-talk.2.     Analyse the signatures of discrepant immuno-microbial trajectories.Premier organisme de recherche spécialisé au monde en agriculture, alimentation et environnement, INRAE est né le 1er janvier 2020 de de la fusion entre l’INRA et IRSTEA. Our team is an expert in the DOHaD (Developmental Origins of Health and Disease) concept. Our translational approaches, which combine preclinical and clinical studies, aim to understand how nutritional programming during the first 1,000 days of life affects fetal and postnatal development, with long-term consequences in adulthood.
