The successful candidate will join the Molecular and Metabolic Engineering team (I2M) at TBI and work in close collaboration with CRITT-Bioindustries (bioindustries.net).The position is part of the collaborative AmiSynPa project, funded by 3BCar. The candidate will work alongside two researchers and a PhD student at TBI, in close partnership with CRITT-Bioindustries. The primary goal of the AmiSynPa project is to enhance flux through the mevalonate pathway by co-localizing its enzymes in synthetic organelles, using two model organisms: Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Premier organisme de recherche spécialisé au monde en agriculture, alimentation et environnement, INRAE est né le 1er janvier 2020 de de la fusion entre l’INRA et IRSTEA. Applicants should have a Master's degree in Molecular Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Prior laboratory experience is appreciated, but motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.The ideal candidate should:· Have experience in molecular biology, microbial strain engineering, and microbial culture techniques.· Be familiar with analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC.· Experience in fluorescence microscopy is a plus.Candidates should be team players with strong communication skills.
